Ticket box used by a guard on Tasmanian Government Railways. George Bracknell worked out of Launceston after the Second World War until the late 1950s.

Tin box, oval in shape, with a domed lid attached by a single soldered hinge. Wire handle on the top of dome.
Base measures 172 x 138mm. Height 118mm to top of dome.
